Sessions can be done in person, by phone, or remotely (I do a session on my own and forward notes to client). Each session includes a detailed explanation of our session for your review that will be emailed to you by the end of the day.

Please note that remote sessions can be done without a phone call. This allows for people with busy schedules to have sessions without having to take the time out for a phone call. I will still provide full details of the session with you.
